The Action is titled Cucuta v. FloridaCentral Credit Union,&nbsp;Case No. 24-CA-006065 and is pending in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. The person that filed the class action lawsuit is called Plaintiff or Class Representative and the company they sued is FloridaCentral Credit Union (or Defendant).
